1. Services
Hidden Soulmates provides Christian matchmaking guidance, optional approved member profiles, moderated community features and events. Matchmaking is an introduction and guidance service; a successful match, romantic relationship or marriage is never guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
Applicants for matchmaking and member profiles must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information about identity, marital status and eligibility. The ministry may refuse or suspend participation for false information or misconduct.
3. Respectful participation
Members must respect consent, confidentiality and others' safety. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, sharing another member's private information, and unlawful content are prohibited. Anonymous posting, when available, remains subject to moderation.
4. Matching and introductions
Applicants may be assessed according to stated faith, values, preferences and readiness for courtship. Introductions should only take place with appropriate consent. Users make their own decisions about interactions, meetings and relationships. The ministry's guidance does not replace personal judgment or professional counselling.
5. Fees and events
Where a fee applies, its amount and what it covers must be clearly shown before payment. The December gathering is advertised for Sunday, 20 December 2026. Ticket packages are GH₵150 early bird (until 30 November 2026), GH₵200 regular, GH₵300 for two people, and GH₵1,000 for eight people. Time and venue have not been confirmed. Online booking or payment is not active on this version of the site. Any separate community membership fee must be communicated before payment.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Purchases are subject to the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy, as well as any applicable Ghanaian consumer protections. Material event changes will be communicated to registered attendees using the contact information provided.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Members must not collect, reproduce or disclose other members' information without authorisation.
8. Service availability
Community, profiles, and online registration may be introduced in stages. Features presented as coming soon are not live. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for safety, legal or operational reasons.

Registration submissions
Online forms submit an enquiry or application for staff review, not an automatic acceptance, booking, introduction or purchase. Form delivery uses a third-party email forwarding service. Event payments remain unavailable through this website.
